How to adjust grind size:

1. Place and hold the crank handle in place.
2. Turn the adjuster clockwise until it is tight (this is the starting point).
3. Turn counter-clockwise to adjust the grind size. Each click is one step, with 12 clicks per full rotation:
   
• Espresso (Italian) coffee: 10–14 clicks (approximately 1 rotation)
• Filtered (manual) coffee: 18–24 clicks (approximately 1.5 rotations)
• French Press: 25–27 clicks (just over 2 rotations)
